We’re a young team of technology driven supply chain professionals, taking on the big guys in order to challenge the status quo in supply chain software.

We’re looking for a motivated SDR with the potential to grow into an account executive role.

You’ll be an important asset in our ‘sales pod’, and responsible for feeding the pipeline with fresh and qualified ‘future customers’. You’ll be targeting large multinationals in different industries across Europe.

This is NOT a boring 80-cold-calls-a-day-with-the-same-script challenge. You’ll have to use your brains, be able to learn fast, understand the business and reiterate your process / communication in order to increase performance.


Main responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (don’t worry, we have automation tools to help you with this)

  • Schedule discovery calls to learn about the prospect, and gather the necessary information needed to qualify.

  • Present our company and give a general idea on what solutions we offer and the value it brings

  • build long-term trusting relationships with future customers

  • Set up (remote) meetings between potential customers and Account Executives

  • Work closely together with the other ‘sales pod’ members to achieve the ‘sales pod’s’ quota


As an ideal candidate, you:

  • have perfect communication skills

  • a hands-on mentality

  • learn fast, analyze thoroughly and improve proactively your outbound process

  • are not afraid to pick up the phone to reach out to potential customers

  • are persistent but in a kind and non salesy manner

  • are fluent in english

  • have some experience in a commercial role (if not, try to convince us you have what it takes)

  • automate where possible so you can focus on what really matters (use Excel, google sheets, zapier, or whatever tool required to get the job done more efficiently)
